Last 25 April 2026, our exhibiting artist Danni Sollesta took a lucky group of guests down history and memory in an artist talk for his show “in/Forming” at Mugna Gallery.
Focusing on his terracotta journey, Sollesta recounted his early days of exploration with the medium, throughout his various projects around the Visayas to promote terracotta up to his exhibitions around the Philippines.
He also gave an exclusive glimpse into the places around the globe that his practice took him, such as China and the United States. He ended with the endless possibilities to come from his latest endeavor: UMA Artspace, Studio and Residency in Si-it, Negros Oriental.
It is truly a valuable moment when the new generation learns from the previous, and we hope to see you in our future artist talks at Mugna!
