Mugna Art Gallery is a platform dedicated to promoting local culture and fostering creativity through supporting emerging and undiscovered artists, offering a space for artistic expression and interaction with the community and wider audiences.
The Opening Reception for Garbo Sa Kabisay-an: A Buglasan Photography Exhibition on November 4 started its run at Mugna Gallery.
In attendance were members of the Buglasan Festival Committee 2023, headed by Buglasan Directress Glynda Descuatan, who represented the province during the recognition of the winners.
The event served as the official awarding ceremony of the top twenty finalists, as well as the three winners:

During the event, we also awarded the winner of the People’s Choice, which was decided via an online vote:
People’s Choice – “Genuine Happiness for Others’ Success” by Neil Floyd Morales
The gallery welcomes visitors to view the photographs during its gallery hours on Wednesdays through Sundays, from 12 pm to 8 pm.
The exhibition runs alongside Kamugnaan until November 26th.
