Dumaguete City, October 7, 2023 – Garbo Sa Kabisay-an Buglasan Photography Contest — a joint project of Mugna Gallery and the Province of Negros Oriental Buglasan Festival is now underway, with participants from various backgrounds seeking to capture the essence of Negros Oriental’s Buglasan Festival.

The contest is open to both professional and amateur photographers, with the winners set to be revealed on October 28.

With categories covering different themes, contestants have the opportunity to showcase the beauty of Negros Island as shown through the Buglasan Festival.

A panel of judges will assess each submission to determine the winners. The top 20 entries will be showcased in a special exhibition at Mugna Gallery, open to the public for viewing starting on November 4.
