Ceramic Art Round Table Discussion

MUGNA Gallery is delighted to have been selected as the venue for the Round Table Discussion on Ceramic Art, which was held in conjunction with its terracotta-focused exhibition, HEMROD DURAN: New Work. The event was organized by Foundation University Fine Arts Department and independent creative consultant Sandra Palomar in partnership with the Dumaguete City Tourism Office.

The Round Table Discussion brought together renowned ceramists Mark Valenzuela, Pablo Capati, and Alvin Tan. The discussion explored the artists’ creative process and the state of ceramic art in the Philippines. The event was attended by art enthusiasts, students, and professionals, who were eager to learn from the experiences and insights of the esteemed guests.

MUGNA Gallery is committed to supporting and promoting the arts in the local community. The gallery looks forward to hosting more events and collaborations that highlight the diversity and richness of Philippine art and culture.
